Puppy!!!

Hi!! Today it's been storming, and a stray dog was running up and down our street. She took shelter on our front porch (small, but mostly enclosed.) and upon my dad and I both meeting her up close, she seems totally trained and super friendly.

We don't know her name, nor have we named her. To simplify this post, I'm going to call her Rain. We fed Rain and let her meet our chihuahua, Ruby, and they were both very chill. She didn't attack or even growl at Ruby, and Ruby didn't growl at Rain either. At least, not until she tried to step inside the house.

I don't have a good picture of Rain right now, but she looks to be some kind of husky or wolfdog.

She REALLY looks like a Czechoslovakian Vlcak, but she could be mixed. Around 2-2.5 ft tall (~60cm,) with big brown eyes and clear claws. She seems healthy, has a manicure, and she LOVES belly rubs and treats.

So, uh... My family may have just obtained a new dog! If we do end up keeping Rain, like my mom wants, her name is subject to change (mom has proposed Rogue.) My mom has been wanting a new dog since Ruby is getting pretty old. She's perfectly healthy, but she's turning 12 this year. Rain seems very young, probably not much older than a year...

UPDATE:

Rain was adopted by my aunt!! She's gonna have a big yard, cozy home, other dogs her size to play with, and will be very well loved by two kids.

Today i drank a Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Twas banger, per the usual. I think later I shall play some video games.

I've been pretty busy, can't lie. I'm editing a brand new YouTube video, I'm drawing, I hit 1k subscribers...

Very recently, my laptop broke. Again! I made a few whiny status updates about it, but eventually, I managed to perform the repair myself. It was quite an easy fix, I just had to replace the processor fan. ... And a minor crisis over Dell's pre-boot screening trying to reinstall Windows, but all I had to do was switch the boot drive. Ha. Thankfully, everything was safe, and my laptop is in perfet functioning order again.

I alsooo replayed Minecraft Story Mode! Every single time I play it, I fall in love all over again. For as goofy as it was, we really took it for granted. I can't believe it turns eleven this year. Eleven!! I was five when it came out!!
... I may or may not have played as the exact same Jesse in the exact same armor making almost the same desicions since the first time i played. In fact, I DREW my loyalty. You may see her over on my art page.

And, finally, I started using Winamp for all my music. Found THE perfect skin, too!

See? Absolutely perfect. SC5 is peak.

ERROR: CANNOT COMPUTE

Ohhhhh... my gosh. OH MY GOSH.

Storytime! I have been making silly little videos for years. I was a Gacha kid, an art channel... everything.

I made a few cringe YouTube shorts about Sonic news, but I finally uploaded my first long-form video. Almost 15 Minutes Of Useless Sonic Information. It got about 40 views, I was proud.

And then something happened.

About five days after posting, my views SKYROCKETED. I got 100, 500, 1,000, 2,500 views. My subscriber count climbed. From 85, to 100, then 150, 250, 400, and now... 500 (and counting! It's going up as I type this!)

This is just.... wild to me. If you're one of those 500 people... thank you!!! This is something I never expected in my wildest dreams, I am... SO EXCITED. Uhh. Bye. See ya later!!!!

So...

I was supposed to update the site today. I was going to add the beginnings of my new Sonic page and update the links, but my wifi went down. FOR FOUR HOURS. Almost five, actually, I think.

Hi guys, so!! Cool news!!! I've finally started making YouTube videos again!! My editing isn't the best because I'm still learning DaVinci Resolve, but... Video!!

New crochet + New Sonic merch!!

hi guys!! So, I crocheted something new today!! Y'all like SATBK?

Behold!! A smaller tapestry of mine, but one I like nonetheless. It's messy, but its my first tapestry crochet in... a while lol. It tried to curl into the shape of a Frito chip, i had to place two of my old, dead laptops on it to flatten it out!

Oh, and I bought some Sonic merch, too! I've been listening to the Chaotix Casefiles with my mom. I walked into her home office one slow morning and started telling her about it. While I was talking, episode 2 came out. She suggested playing it out loud on her Bluetooth speaker, and I agreed. After we finished it, she went back and listened to 0 and 1. We've been listening to every episode since together! She enjoys the series almost as much as I do, and my favorite episode just released.

I won't spoil too much in case anyone hasn't listened, but Sage was in it!! I love Sage so much, she's, like, my favorite character. So, when they dropped the t-shirt for the episode, with her front and center...

... I HAD to buy it. This art is just so sick!! I do kind of wish the colored option had been a dark teal rather than a sage-ish green (wait, is that why they picked that shade of green? Because— sage? green?... That's actually sort of clever, but I digress.) but oh well, can't always get what you want. I just got the black version, per my usual.

That's about it for today! One of these days i'll go through and post all my Sonic-themed crochet projects, because... Ooh boy, there's a lot. And I'm planning more. I got gifted ridiculous amounts of yarn for my birthday last year. This is what happens when you're a homeschooled, chat 🔥🔥🔥

SONIC 4!!

Okay so I don't have TOO much to say today but!!! They started filming Sonic 4 today, in Vancouver!! I'm so excited, like seriously-- 382 days until the movie releases!! We're so close!! When i started my countdown, there were still just over 700 days to go!!

Okay im sure as we all know at this point, Kristen Bell is Amy!! Awesome!! I know she wasn't everyone's first choice, but I think she's going to do really well.
Confirmed to be returning to the cast is James Marsden, Idris Elba, and Ben Schwartz... and let's be real, probably Colleen O'Shaughnessy, Tika Sumpter, and Lee Majdoub, because... c'mon.

Oh, and who can forget to welcome Jim Carrey's secret shadow government clone, of course! Honestly, though, that's such a goofy conspiracy. You mean to tell me the government has secret advanced cloning technology, and they're using it, on, like, 65-year-old comedy actors?? (┬┬﹏┬┬) I ain't buyin' it, sorry chat.

Intel Core i5 8th gen with integrated graphics, 32gb DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD and a touchscreen display.
Oh, and it was only 300 dollars! Isn't that amazing?! 300 dollars for a refurb Dell with an i5 and 32gbDDR4 in this economy?! Wild!
